He has defintitely overstepped, and probably broken the law!

I'm a lifelong conservative and as far as I'm concerned the batch of conservative politicos that has come along since the early '80s are a bad lot, who really aren't conservatives. They're just power grabbers.

Having lived part of my life in countries where there are NO civil rights and very little rule of law makes me pretty disgusted by what's going on in our country.
